Average days on the market to closing was 94 days, which shows the market moving right along once again!

In the category of townhomes, villas and condos there were 42 sales during May 2011:

These ranged from a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa in Salem Square that sold for $163,000 to a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in Harbor Club Condos that was a short sale and sold for $20,500.
