Mary,

A retired RE broker friend of ours went to the bank. When the teller saw the balance in his savings account she said you're very lucky. He responded, "Yes, and the harder I work the luckier I get."

I think he used your M.A.P, approach to real estate success. He was selling real estate when I was 3 years old. (smile)
