I have just created a video on Youtube to help send traffic to activerain and my articles. Video is one of the best ways to draw attention to your business. This is an animated video I created accessed by tools available on Youtube. After some trail and error I finaly created something I felt comfortable uploading. No offence to the imaginery broker or company mentioned in the video but I believe activerain offers a lot of wisdom for newbies .
I apologise if the video is a little self serving but I am only one of the many very successful real estate professionals on active rain. There is a wealth of knowledge available for those people struggling in todays changing industry. Real estate is a great career but change is part of every industry today. Those people that embrace change and become innovaters with-in our industry will be the ones that rise to the top.
Our firm is in the process of expanding what we believe to be our innovative business model through out Atlantic Canada. We are looking for innovative partners with foresight to copy what we have done and plan to do to build a diverse real estate operation with multiple income streams in order to thrive and prosper in the coming years. We offer solutions to independant real estate brokers,mortgage brokers and appraisers to help diverisify and prosper in the coming (ever changing) real estate industry. We are also looking for innovative sales people in Nova Scotia to represent us in their community.
Our business model has been modeled over 35 years of trial and error. Our system can be adapted to any community but requires innovated thinking and is designed for those who are willing to change. As I watch the rest of the industry seemingly determined to follow the Pied Piper off the end of the wharf that is a course I am determined not to take.
Normal people follow the crowd. Most change comes about by radical thinkers. They committed Marconi and thought he was crazy thinking he could trasmitt sound over the air waves.They locked Nelson Mandela up for most of his life. They crucified our Lord and Saviour . Change is never something mankind embraces easily but the supreme secret in life is "What the human mind can believe the Human mind can achieve."
