My son is a mortgage lender and he has been talking about blogging, like I know what this is. I am 72 years old. I only service my past clients now. I do no more advertising or marketing per se. No more rat race. I think over the last two years I only sell about 2 or 3 homes a month. Back when I was doing this full time I could sell 10 homes a month sometimes. My purpose for being here is give some perspective on this market versus those I have been through and then I am done.
I just wrote a brief snipit on the 60 and tommorrow I am going to do one on the 1970's. But I am very interested in what everyone is thinking. It will give me some perspective on what to say.
