Like a Duck to Water...

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Brooks Prime Properties Wichita Falls Texas

When I first received my license to sell Real Estate I immediately became a Realtor® and I felt as if I had found my calling in life. I was right. I love this business. All of this business. I have become stronger and have found that I can even say "no" when I need to. I love the people I run across even if they don't become a buyer. When I took this photo and viewed it what I thought of was just this. I love what I am doing.

I took to the Real Estate business Like a Duck to Water! And, I love selling Waterfront Homes!

I just want to share this.

Hope you like it!

Good morning, Deb. It is always best when you really enjoy what earns your living. Too many are caught in dead-end jobs...

Deb: If you like what you're doing and consider it FUN and REWARDING just keep on going. Your duck swimming on the lake reminded me of some ducks I saw this morning swimming here at Canyon Lake.

Deb, I liked your last post on Active Rain's upcoming birthday, but I loved this picture with the sun shining on the water that I was too distracted to comment.  Great picture!

p.s.  I'm glad that Real Estate is a wondeful fit for you also.

I love this one too Sondra. Isn't he just beautiful? How are you, my friend? I wish we could visit soon. May I call you? I have been keeping up with you through Gary but I would love to hear your voice. I do wish the best for you and I want you to come and visit! Yeah, he's a pretty duck. I use to raise Mallards. They were my babies. I got them when they were 24 hours old from the feed store and raised them well into adulthood. I called them my "biddies" based upon the term, Idy bitties. When I walked out the front door in the mornings they would fly to where I stood quacking wildly. Once in a while they would try and follow the car when I would leave. Unfortunately they kept disappearing one by one. My husband I discovered an alligator in our pond. I have not raised them since. It hurt too much. Oh my, what stories I have. PLEASE let me know what's happening with your horse? K? I would love to hear.

Later in the rain~Deb
