Sales activity for the third quarter of 2007 in Clearwater Canyon, a neighborhood in Henderson, NV fell back to first quarter levels. Just three homes closed in the period, compared to six in the second quarter.
Fifteen homes are currently on the market, plus two with accepted offers. That level of inventory greatly favors buyers. In order to succeed in this competitive market, sellers need to be aggressive on price, give their home maximum marketing exposure, and keep it in top showing condition.
