WOW!   Jill this is a good looking report for your area.  On average, homes stay on the market less than two months AND they are selling at an average of 98% of the list price.  Sounds like you are doing a lot better than many areas in the country these days!!

Kim - I guess the numbers don't look to bad, it seems much slower then the numbers report. MANY homes are not selling and those that have sold are typcial after numerous price drops. Hopefully soon things will pick up. We had lots of new interest sine the Feds dropped the rate.
