Kathleen, it looks like you Cambrian market is getting healthier. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next few months as the inventory of REO's and short sales in Cambrian get bought.

Juli, Cambrian is a good area because, for the most part, Cambrian has good schools. The number of short sales continues to rise in this area as well. You comment is very insightful. Thank you.
Lottie, Thank you. Cambrian is one of the primary areas I serve. Some people say stats are boring however, as you know, it is important the RE professionals track stats so that we can better serve our clients.
