Friday, basically the prime day to get ready for a great weekend.

What are your plans for the weekend? Are you working your business or taking time to be with the family and friends?  Whichever it is, I would love to hear your  plans.  How are you prepaing for your plans?

I am having an open house this weekend, on Sunday.  To get ready, We have our office meeting in the  morning and then caravan after.  This is a great opportunity for me to see some of my competition on the market.  Then I will be going into the neighborhood and handing out just listed flyers and info about the open house.  What else could I be doing to make sure that I have a successful open house?  I have sent eflyers to several Realtors around and clients.  I will run an add Sunday in the paper.  I would love to hear any ideas on what more to do that would be cost effective for an open house.  I look forward to getting your posts.

Weekends are always the busiest part of the week for me.  Open Houses and showing properties. That is when many of my buyers are available.  You also have to squeeze in family activities.

Christi, THat sounds great.  I need to learn how to use my computer more effectively.  I am still very new to all of this.  I am learning how to use microsoft works somewhat.  One day. Organized is good, but don't let that slow you down, if you're not.  I was talking to me, but it sounds better if I act like I am talking to someone else.  ;-)  Thank you for the post.

Gary, you need to slow down and take some time for yourself. )  My broker has been in the business for 40 years and broker over 30, and he strongly believes in 5 day work weeks and a weekend off a month to be with family.  My grandfather, on the otherhand, believes in the 7 day work week, 14-16 hour days.  He was a Realtor until 1982.

Daniel, sounds very busy.  Peace
