I sit and wait hoping that you will call. My rooms are nice, my carpets clean, yet you don't call. Summer is here and my large deck wants to know when friends and family will be out enjoying the view. What can I tell the deck? You don't call to explain why you are not here.
The kitchen awaits the great cook that will appreciate its well organized space and informal dining area with a great view of the deck. With plenty of cabinets there is plenty of room for all your favorite ingredients to make grandma's apple pie. Yet, I can't tell the kitchen why she sits empty with no good smells emanating from its stove.
The large master bedroom suite is lonely. The walk in closet empty. So where did you go? Are you on a long vacation? Did you forget to find me?
The family room misses the wide screen TV that used to be on the wall. It's tired of the silence day in and day out. It was used to the guys making all that noise when it was "game night". If only these walls could talk the stories it could tell. But alas, for now they remain silent with no new stories to talk about.
The last two guests in the garage were really good looking. But now garage moans about the good old days when each guest would roar in and out full of fun and laughter. Don't you have a couple of great looking cars to sleep here?
Gee, you always wanted to be close to the expressway so you could rush to Premium Outlet for a great looking outift, or run into Chicago for a great weekend out on the big Windy City. I miss those days...and you loved being only 30 minutes from work...yet you still don't come by.
I am on the corner, so we have plenty of privacy. So why don't you come by? I am waiting knowing that eventually you will discover what a great buy I am. I can make you happy if you only give me a chance. Call the nice lady that can let you come and see me. Call her, I am lonely and waiting for you now.
Just because I am a short sale don't let that stop you. I am worth the wait, I promise I won't disappoint you!
