Here are some good questions regarding the banks irregularities on short sales, loan modifications, deed in lieus, and foreclosures. The policies on distress homes seems to change often and no set rules being followed. How will this all play out? Will the banks continue to have 'the power"? What about the people who have been treatly unfairly and maybe even illegally? When will this all change? Let's move forward.

Via Rosemary Brooks -Mother & Daughter (866)-543-0461 (EMBARCADERO INVESTMENTS - 866-543-0461):

Fix it and you get your money!

Being tagged needs "substantial improvement" is causing B/A, Wells and Chase to lose money.  How do they get their money?  Fix the problem.  So how do you propose they fix the problem? I mean will they go back to the homeowners that they evaluated wrong?  Will they give back the homes that were wrongfully seized?  Will they take off the late fees penalties that they are charging? What will they do for the homeowners that were kicked out of the loan modification program when they should have been given a permanent modification?

Some have already lost their home.  Some will lose their home soon and some in the future.  Will these banks that are violation of the rules of HMA make up for that?

I wonder if the money that the Treasury is holding back means that much to the BIG 3?  It is enough to make them want to improve their processes, care about the homeowners and fix their broken system?
