The shifting times with short sales or specialization to what works in the local market and use of social media, blogging, Facebook, etc. to keep the pipeline full and shine from your competition helps with the competition part and new landscape. But getting all three to click into that sweet spot a real estate professional should smile at the end of their week. They truly are doing what they love.
