If you are currently using SureClose, you may have noticed this new feature with the latest system upgrade.  You can now file emails directly to the status page.  How does this come in handy?  The agents that we work with typically use their own email (Outlook, Top Producer, etc.)  They very rarely use their SureClose email inbox.  So, when they have correspondence with a client, cooperating agent, or anyone else involved in their transaction they copy our team on the email.  They know that we will attach the email to the status page for them.  We used to do this by forwarding the email to ourselves and checking the box to attach it to the status page.  Then, refresh our email inbox and delete both emails.  That was a good four steps.  Now, you can easily just check the box next to the email, click on file/status, drop it on the status page where you want it and click save.

This is much faster and I think a great enhancement to the program.  If you have any questions or suggestions for a SureClose Helpful Hint, please feel free to contact me.  Anyone at Realt-eTransAct would be happy to assist you.

5 Comments on Helpful SureClose Hint for Today (You can now file emails directly to the status page)

Beth, How much time would you guess you use SureClose each day?

Our team processes our transactions completely on SureClose.  We are 100% paperless and do all of our communications, updates, tasks, and documentation through SureClose.  So, with that being the case, it is the first thing we log into and the last thing we log out of each day.  Our Agents, however, are a whole other story.  We design the system for our agents so that they are viewers instead of users.  They have full access.  So, they could use the system and add notes, etc. IF they chose to.  But we want them out doing what they do best...selling houses.  They typically do a quick login in the morning and their screen is set to show them all of the tasks that the team will be working on for them that day with all notes and updates included.  Then, a quick login at the end of the day to check for updates.

Beth - I was on an online real estate chat hosted by Howard Brinton Seminars yesterday and Alan Shafran of Carlsbad, California headed up the chat.  The topic of SureClose came up and he recommended it very highly also.  It is good to hear everyone is so pleased with this service and I am now seriously looking into adding this service for my team.

Sam, that is fabulous.  Our company specializes in building SureClose templates and implementing the systems that real estate offices need to make such a conversion successful for them.  If we can be of assistance, we would be thrilled at the opportunity!  Your company will see great benefits once you transition to an online transaction management system.

Thanks Beth!  I am going to check it out next month at NAR and I may be e-mailing you when I return.
