Looking for Property to Buy

I am actively looking for delapidated, falling down - or almost property in Tracy, CA.  If you have boarded up property that you no longer want call me.  I can promise a fair price and a quick close.  Do you think your property isn't worth anything to anyone, think again, and call me.  Only if you have property in Tracy, California, preferrably in the downtown area, but even if it's not, call me.
