Since the housing slowdown of the second half of 2005, the economy has swelled with many new problems today. The media of doom/gloom is a small factor, a bigger factor is how Realtors are protected from real estate web-sites allowing unethical behavior and hide from the truth and fairness. After falling eight straight weeks interest rates hit a historical low. Attainment in many other fragments of our economy and the housing market will head back to normal.

 Today many area of Southern California presents the fact; it’s cheaper to buy than build. When homes can be purchased at such a low price, investors will buy homes to rent, that’s how wealth is built in real estate! Before the next thriving cycle, it’s time to buy, you will be one of those investors who profits from buying real estate.  Sell now if you are contemplating a move, and you can take advantage of a great opportunity as well.  Consulting with a good Realtor as to solicit the best campaign will mount your home the highest and best price, it’s worth the commission paid, a successful Realtor will net you more. Protect yourself with a reputable lender to learn your best financing options.  And ignore the doomsayers, if you have the resources NOW is the time to buy……
