7 Comments on What Type of Home Do You Sell?
I also sell all types of homes. I often have someone selling a high end home, who is scaling down to a less expensive condo.. or vice versa. So if I decided not to sell condo's, then I wouldn't be properly servicing my high end clients!
Maggie - homes in our area range from the low $200,000 into the one million plus range ..... to answer your quetion I curently have that range covered from top to bottom
Hi Maggie,
These kinds of questions really speak to how often consumers don't know that much about real estate agents and the home buying/selling process, but there are some agents out there who like to advertise themselves as agents of million dollar homes. So it is not a silly question.
Like you, our listings run a wide gamut in price, but our average price is around $300,000.

It's great to have a diverse book of listings...something for every budget!
Hope you had a nice weekend!
What a great thing to say: "I specialize in people." It's a shame people in all professions don't specialize in people.
Maggie, great information on the home selling process. I think it is strange when I get that type of question, it isn't about the home it whether or not the sellers and I get along and are on the same page. --Krystal
Maggie, I appreciate your perspective: "I don't specialize in a particular "type" of home - I specialize in people!" That's a good answer to an oft asked question.
