We had a visitor today....





Apparently he lost his way and we were waiting for his mother to come fetch him.


Still no sign of her yet though....


A very cute but sad scene here on my front porch....

Hope he get's home ok....

We're gonna keep an eye out for her....

Elaine - No she  definitely cannot fly. We saw it trying to but it just fell to the ground. It's around the back of my house yet and don't think it's mother is going to find it...

Bob, that's just heart breaking...  any signs of a nest around?  Hopefully the little fellow made it through the night.  Biggest problem is hawks and the like...  ;(
