New Local Blog Network?

Has anyone checked out or reviewed the new local blog network called HomeScopes? What do you guys think? It looks like the guys from Coldwell Banker Real Estate are running it.

I read the about page and it is Coldwell Banker and it also answers any questions you'd have about it.

I'm looking for anyone who has experienced it from a functional point of view.

seems to have coverage strictly on the west coast; but I say, Good for Coldwell Banker! ;)
