Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)

Florida Statutes prohibits referring to a CMA as an appraisal. Appraisals concerning federally related transactions must be prepared by a state-certified or licensed appraiser Real Estate licensees who do conduct actual real estate appraisals are required to comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
