Our professional services are free to you! Florida home builders will compensates us for our services. Some home builders in Florida will compensate on the "base sale price" of the home, not on any upgrades. Please contact me to discuss this rebate incentive program for new homes in North Florida.

On your $200,000 home, you will receive $3000 in rebates. On your $400,000 home, your will receive a $6,000 rebate. On a $1,000,000 home, you will receive $15,000 in rebates. Let me stress again: this is in addition to any incentives you receive from Builders Promotional Programs.
