A waterfront home was always this family’s dream, we started looking for one 15 or so years ago; but it just wasn’t the right time so I sold them other homes in the years between. With the market today, they could finally find a waterfront home that they liked and could buy. We did it; it took a lot of looking but we found it.
They tell me they are never going to buy another home because this is what they’ve always wanted. (Where have I heard that before?).
I’m happy for them; they persevered and kept their dream uppermost in their sites until they could make it happen. Congratulations, Charlie and Cathy. (and their son, CJ). They had faith in me that I could help them find it all this time.
