Brian-This looks like a fabulous condo with an extra perk of being so close to shopping and the theatre. I hope it sells quickly for you and your clients.

BRIAN:  This reminds me of when I lived in Manhattan.  There were some pretty nice conveniences to living right next to everything.  Good localism post.

Brian- I am not only addicted to Active Rain but I am also addicted to Whole Foods! We have to drive to Boca or PGA to do our grocery shopping. We have a Publix within walking distance from our house so we go there for day to day items of their limited organic selection, which is getting bigger each passing day but nothing beats Whole Foods. They are building one in Wellington, scheduled to open in 2009. I like to see your area photos and homes and buildings. Katerina

JULIE:  Thanks for your comment.  I don't actually have a current listing in the building, but it is quite a nice community on the outer edge of Old Town Alexandria.  Since the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office moved their headquarters from Arlington to this side of Alexandria, there has been rapid development of residential and commercial space here.

ADAM:  It is amazing how some of the close-in suburbs are becoming Manhattanized!  But yes, being able to walk to work, restaurants and shopping is one of the main reasons that people choose to live here at Carlyle Towers or other area high-rise condominiums.  Work, live and play in the same neighborhood.  Thanks for your thoughts.

BARBARA: Thanks for your comment.  It is a nice place to live -- my wife and I looked at these condos when they were first built, but decided to live a bit further away from the central part of town.

KATERINA:  Whole Foods is amazing!  And this new one that opened about a year ago is really wonderful and just about 3.5 miles from my condo.  They've got underground parking and condos built up top of the store.  You can almost eat a meal just going around and getting free samples.  And now I have a client who works in the prepared food department and I stopped by to see her in the store earlier in the week and got a few free treats.  You can bet that wherever a new Whole Foods opens, residential values are going to increase.  My sister is in the natural soaps and body lotion business and one of her biggest clients is Whole Foods.  Thanks for your comments.

Brian- That is amazing! Thanks for sharing about the great location of Whole Foods near your home. One day I will need to get with your sister. One of my additional streams of income is the natural skin care business! Katerina

KATERINA:  Thanks for checking back.  The growing company that my sister works for is Pangea Organics -- she's the regional sales manager for the West Coast.

Every one understands that humen's life seems to be high priced, nevertheless different people need cash for different issues and not every man gets big sums money. Thence to receive good home loans or term loan would be a correct way out.
