ActiveRain, A Network Of Possibilities
For those of that have been active in the ActiveRain network, we have come to know ActiveRain as a place of possibilities. Those possibilities are refreshed and enhanced daily by the leaderboards and here are some possibilities that maybe you hadn't realized.
How about friendship-that is an easy one. Not just any old casual friendship like being acquainted with each other, I am talking here about the possibility of meeting and building on your best friendships. The ones that are going to last a lifetime.
Another possibility is learning the Do's and Don't of Social media. So you signed up with Twitter and Facebook and are adding friends with regularity. How about positioning yourself with consumers in viable relationships where these consumers could seek you out as their real estate professional. RainCamp teaches you to how to optimize the basics and help create business and social success. It remains a possibility until you take some specific action to attend. And there is the ActiveRain University with daily classes on every type of subject you could imagine. Perhaps it would also be possible ( maybe even advisable) to attend at least once a week.
We all share our trials, tribulations, ideas and opinions here in the Rain. But how about the many resources and tutorials that can make a real difference in your business life. You have the possibility of learning more in the Rain than you could from a masters degree in real estate. It is all here for you if you will seek it out. Chances are good that someone here in the Rain figured out the solution long before we even had the problem. Seek them out.
You get all sorts of marketing ideas by just observing what others do. But with certain members whose skill is clearly demonstrated, you can master the Art Of Marketing of You in ways you may never even dreamed of. You simply have to make their posts a priority for regular visits.
We all subscribe to many members posts that are true specialists in their area. Had you ever considered the possibility that the information that they provide could actually benefit your local consumers. Do you suppose people travel? Had you considered what a terrific service it would be to refer them to these posts when you know they are traveling to that city or community. Many people tend to travel to destinations where they already know someone. It could even be another way to tap to into the referral market.
Speaking of referrals, here in the rain you can designate someone as an Associate. Presumably to refer business should anyone be going in that direction. But have you considered the possibility that you market to these associates every few months, as they may be having some business that could be coming your way. Thats how you build and work a network.
The majority of ActiveRain members are in residential real estate. But had you ever thought that you might want to expand your horizons to other specialties or even specific type of niche markets in real estate. Using the ActiveRain search feature, you have but to make those searches to find the skilled the practitioners or specialists that could possibly become your mentor for expanding your horizons. See the possibilities.
There are all sorts of user groups to join here in the Rain. When you write posts you joined groups to share them with. But had you ever considered the possibility that many of the founders and distinctive members of these groups are actually expert and you could have the ability of tapping into their resources if you would only think to seek them out and invite them to help you.
These are but just a few of the possibilities afforded to you by optimizing your efforts to be the best that you can be. Not only at blogging or real estate or using the social media, but in building those life long friendships and sharing the abundant resources that are here for you no matter your particular interest.
We all know our ActiveRain network is awesome but there is so much more if you will only seek it out. The possibilities seem endless.
