Joan, certainly building the stable of foreclosures...i'm actually having trouble with the foreclosures here on repairs to inspect...their vendors drag their feet to repair so we can do inspections...on one i've been waiting 3 weeks...it's crazy!

Joan what a great list.   I like the way you pointed out the difference between the bank owned properties and short sales.  You also gave the reason why some banks don't  offer FHA, and then you with a step further and highlighted the properties that were okay for FHA.

Ginny, here the foreclosures are sold AS IS, and the buyer is responsible getting repairs done.     Many are eligible for 203 Rehab loans.

Jennifer, some of these properties would be a great first home, and usually those buyers require an FHA loan, so hopefully this helps potential buyers!
