Over the years I have been through classes, listened intently to people who have more experience than I do, read countless books, been through seminars both real estate and personal effectiveness classes.
I am good with people and seem to be well liked, and my brain does work. I have owned my own business with employees, worked for others, and now an independent contractor in real estate.
Sometimes we just cannot see the forest for the trees and forget to walk on the path that leads to where we want to go, and sometimes we get a little lost and our brains freeze as though we were in the Antarctica in a snow storm.
I know that in Real Estate price is really everything, then condition and then location. Sometimes price, location, condition and sometimes location, price, condition. Whichever order, price is all important.
So if you get the price close to correct through all means at hand, and it looks good (where is my crystal ball that tells all), where do you as a Realtor put your advertising dollars?
Some say newspaper ads, some say Internet, magazines, Internet magazines...where do you put the$$to be the most effective and what seems to work the best. I am asking because
