I lived in a patio home in Scottsdale, AZ and can attest how nice the life style is. We had front and back yards, a clubhouse and pool and didn't have any upkeep on these areas.

I highly recommend it for folks who are ready to transition from a big family home.

Virginia, Dollar for dollar, they've got some of the best features of any homes in our area, and without the hassles of outside maintenance. I suppose is someone REALLY wanted to shovel snow in 20 degree weather they'd let them! :)

Ginny, Not too far away from I-75 and easy access to Cincinnati and Dayton, or take the roads east and be on I-71 pretty readily too. Fantastic location.
