Bob and Leilani: Having information as soon as it is available like this on Foreclosures in Granite Bay is the best way to be ready as soon as the property is actually listed!
You're absolutely right, Jane...especially because Granite Bay doesn't have nearly the amount of foreclosures as the neighboring city of Roseville! :)
