Oh, the Places I'll Go - Day 1

OK, so I'm not as good at rhyming as Dr Seuss is (so I'm not going to embarrass myself by trying here), but I thought of that fun, inspirational book of his (Oh, the Places You'll Go) yesterday for some reason, when I was asked by another home owner how often I'm in her neighborhood. When I visit with home owners about listing their Edmond or NW OKC homes, asking how often I'm in their neighborhood seems to reassure them that I know the area and I stay on top of the market.

So, I thought I'd have some fun for the next 10 days or so, listing each and every neighborhood I've visited each day. I make it a point to stop by each of my listings at least twice a week, in addition to visiting with home owners who's listings have expired (and FSBOs) and stopping by to see my clients who've bought or sold Edmond or NW OKC real estate with me before. That puts me in a lot of places each day! One thing I know for sure... if you're in the real estate business and you're sitting at a desk, you're not doing much business!

I know how you feel. Drove 110 miles today checking on many of the properties our brokerage is handling. Still have more to go this weekend and Rich picked up another 14 listings today so the list keeps growing.

Hi Ryan,

Just finished door hanging with the owner of my company and I must say it was great. I know every home that has a little yappy dog in one particular neighborhood. I can truly say I'm the neighborhood expert.
