When I was a young man, I was in Cub Scouts of America. I thought it was a great experience, so my three boys spend some time in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America as well. Since they are now older, they enjoy a different type of "scouting" with me up in the mountains above Boise, Idaho.
Here is a photo taken less than an hour from my office in the mountains just outside of Boise. This is what I call the "Real Cub Scouts".
The last five years have been defined as a 'Bear Market" in real estate. Here is proof that the bears have come out of hibernation.
