Travis, LOL! being new or resale is like being pregnant, you are or you aren't! But it did grab my attention. Cute property. Good luck getting a sold sign soon.
So, you're saying a potential client can't be ALMOST pregnant in my ALMOST new townhouse..... I ALMOST agree (ahhhhahahaha).
Well, it's ALMOST 4 years old and ALMOST unlived in (well, 2 years..., but, whose countin'), I ALMOST had it sold last week (changed at last minute for an older one) and is ALMOST going into Property Management as a rental if not SOLD soon....
I guess that ALMOST does it.....for now....
