Read Matthew 5:38-42
Jesus said to his disciples: "You have heard that it was said, An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. But I say to you, offer no resistance to one who is evil. When someone strikes you on your right cheek, turn the other one to him as well"
Lord Jesus, I thank you that your grace and your mercies are new each day. Give me a heart of mercy and generosity.
Good Morning, Charles. This scripture reminded me of a sitituation that happened to our family and as we walked in integrity and did not go against the persons that were coming against us we watched God work and turn the whole sitituation around. Thank you for sharing today!
