When I first started blogging I subscribed to myself. I didn't realize it at the time, and was hoping no one even noticed (don't think anyone did or cared). But I unsubscribed myself because I saw no need for it.

Obviously I know when I post to my blog, so I have no reason to subscribe. But I have subscribed to myself again. Why would I do that? Well there may be other good reasons, but right now I have one.

I use it as a sort of marker on my subscriber list. I usually check those that I have subscribed to before I post. After I post I move to the top of the list. Any subsequent posts are added above mine. It helps me.

Do you subscribe to yourself?

Good morning Tom. Same here...When I first started I subscribed to me and then worried it was like voting for yourself in an election.

Tom, I didn't. Then I did, for the reasons you mentioned, and then I didn't.  I don't SUBSCRIBE to myself now, but, I did SUBSCRIBE TO YOU by using your new BIG BUTTON.  I thought I was already Subscribed.  Hopefully, I have not SUBSCRIBED to you twice.  I don't want 2 of every post that you write.  That would just be wrong.  Best wishes always.

Tom - I do the same thing - I subscribe to myself so I can see where I am in context to time of submitting my post and seeing who's post before of after me that I like to visit. Now I do subcribe to you, but you already knew that!

I already subscribe so hitting that big button won't change anything. But how you made it would be interesting to know.

I'm waiting for results in the 'bug' wars.

If we subscribe to ourselves will Google blow up :0)  I haven't but it makes sense sort of so I will. I already subscribe to you.

I’ve never really used the subscribe function because I just return comment for comment when people visit my blog. However, just for you, I am clicking on your button and subscribing!

Randy - hahaha Thought the same thing then realized it was silly to think that anyone cared.  :)

Richard - But it would only be half wrong, right.

Debbie - I found it useful, hope you do too.

Kristine - I did. Appreciate it.

Bliz - Thanks in arrears.  :)

Gita - I got the button from someplace online. The how to do it I found here. Do a search for "subscribe button" in the search field at the top of the page.

Anne - Didn't create this one.

Dan - Good for you, hope it helps.

Peg - If you subscribe to yourself, it will put you on the list of people that YOU subscribe to. How many on that list?

Robert - Maybe that will be a future post, although I found it here. There were somethings that could have been described a little better. Bug Wars have suffered some losses, will post soon.

Toni - Thanks. Once you subscribe to yourself, I think you can see the benefits.

Sheila - Need a button?  :)

Jim - I'm a lucky guy Jim. Appreciate the subscription.

Sorry, Tom, still don't get it. If they already subscribe to me, what difference does it make if I show up on their list? Aren't I already on their list? I'll try it...
