10 Comments on Opportunity Exists in Times of Uncertainty in NH Real estate
There is always a market. Like the Bruins hockey team player when they are hard charging on the ice, swivel the head constantly and look for the path, take it, stay a step ahead.
You have hit the nail on the head. .
Love all this confusion. .the opportunity to make it big is there for anyone to take while everybody is wandering confused.
Good morning, Rene....my attitude is now, and has always been, to keep working....do what works and the phone will ring, no matter what anyone says....everyone needs shelter....and until that stops, we'll always have business....
Never been a better time....there is more opportunity now than ever before....and the smart folks are off the fence and playing in their new yards !
There is opportunity out there...but some people want a sure thing, uncertainty paralyzes them. Only two things for sure, death and taxes!
Good morning Rene, great post and there are opportunities everywhere. One just has to be willing to work. Have a great day!
Rene - I love the clip art on this one - very bright happy morning feeling! Yes, there are wonderful opportunities out there for all of us. We may have to search for them and we have to act when we find them. Enjoy the day!
Rene, I get so frustrated when the media makes blanket statements about the housing market which in turn makes sellers and buyers apprehensive. Yes the market is bad in Detroit and Las Vegas, but in Denver - I have never been busier!
Great post Rene. And as you always say, real estate is a LOCAL business. Every market is different and real estate is local right down to the neighborhood level. Great Realtors help their customers understand what is happening in their local market.....national news is interesting....local is better and relevant.
Great outlook to start every day with Rene. Many opportunities around us, but you've got to take action to attain them.
