The top 10 TIPS to Secure your home.



1. Secure and lock all Windows and doors
2. Keep ladders locked up and out of sight to prevent easy access to your 2nd floor.
3. Keep your lawn mowed if you are going out of town, tall grass attracts trouble
4.  Keep bushed and shrubs trimmed around your house
5. Lock your car doors even in your own driveway or garage
6. Secure AC units so they can not be pushed in to gain access.
7. Install motion sensor lights
8. Do not let anyone who knocks at your door inside.
9. Do not post online you are going to be away
10. Cover your garage or shed windows.

Peter a dog is a great preventive tool as long as the dog is not one to run up, lay down and roll over, a barking dog sure can keep one out of an area.
