Pinelake Estates- located in South Chandler, Arizona is a beautiful lake community that was built in 2003 and 2004. Three builders: Trend, Shea Homes and DR Horton were the builders of this community. Many of the homes are lake front properties, which are quite popular, especially in the desert of Arizona.
The past 60 days have seen some movement of homes ranging in price from $289,000 to $660,000. There were a total of five homes sold.
There are currently four homes on the market in Pinelake Estates. One is one waterfront, with a pool.
Prices currently range from $349,500 to $450,000.
Pinelake Estates is a wonderful neighborhood in the Hamilton High School district. It sits along the Paseo Trail- which goes several miles through out Chandler and Gilbert- for bike riding, horse riding and running, walking.
It also is home to a city of Chandler park and close to the newest Paseo recreation area with dog parks, disc golf, archery, walking trails.
