Very interesting information. Thank you. We are and will continue to see more foreclosures and Short Sales in every marketplace nationwide for the next 12 to 24 months, in my humble opinion. I'm here on Maui and am involved in a few Short Sales and have 1 foreclosure in my inventory to date.

Sorry to say that I had seen this a while back on AOL, I think and didn't like it then.

I hope that the current forcast's are correct and a turn is to happen in 2nd quarter of 2008.
