How are other offices recruiting new agents?

Real Estate Agent with Right Choice Realty LLC
I need some help in recruiting new agents to our office. By new I mean they can be veteran agents or new agents right out of real estate school. Our office provides agents with additional training. We also have a good commission split program. Our agents dont pay any of the junk fees. We also start new agents out at a higher commission split than I received when I started out with a major named real estate office. We also provide agents with free leads. All advertisement is paid for by the company. No desk fees either. Tell me why I can't get anyone to switch over to our office.

Steven,

Are you getting inquiries/appts. and not converting, or are you not getting inquiries/appts.?  Try an Agent Open House. Invite and introduce your colleagues or prelicensees to your office and serve them a small buffet in appreciation. Mingle alittle and solicit. All subsequent appts shall be in the strictest confidence. What better way to a Realtors' heart than through their stomach?

I'm interested in this topic as well. We are working to recruit new agents to our brokerage as well.

I am not familiar with your area or your company but in my area a lot of Realtors are leaving the small "home town" companies to go to work for Franchise.  From what they have told me it is because they feel they have a better chance with a National franchise.  I don't know if they will or not, but if I hear any final details good or bad I'll let ya know.
