Ann I just loved the Crestwood neighborhood. I live over there for about a year in a garage apartment that was just as nice as home I've lived in. The owners sold it a few years ago for well ove $300k.

☂Ann, Crestwood has some lovely looking homes. Looks like the #'s of units are down a tad, but then so are the DOM! But look at the prices ~ they are up. That's great news. Hope it continues upward for your area!

Hi Ann - those houses have fantastic detail on the exterior - especially the first one. I would love to see how the inside has been updated or maintained over the years. I can just see the hardwood floors and maybe even an original fixture or two adding interior character!

Ann, Crestwood has some interesting architecture. I'm a little surprised the we are only an hour and a half from each other, but I don't really see that style of home here...they are beautiful.
