option for ALL!

This was a Short Sale on that street that went to foreclosure!:
This is short sale that close successfully on the same street!
You mean to tell me that this Homeowner on the same street:
AND this homeowner: 
....would prefer for this neighborhood to have foreclosures over short sales?
Short sales preserve neighborhoods and home prices!
