English Spanish Espanol Real Estate Dictionary for Buyers and Sellers

I have two links to download the full English (Ingles) to Spanish (Espanol) Real Estate dictionary in both Word format or as regular Notepad file. There are about 2,000 words in the files that can be downloaded and while it may not be as many words as you would get in the actual retail book it's a good start and has just about all the basic words for beginners for Real Estate terms. Below the links I have provided a short preview of the dictionary. Unfortunately the whole dictionary will not fit into a blog post because of the large amount of terms.

Although I am bilingual, I still think this is a great list.  It is always great to have industry-specific jargon at hand.  Thanks for taking the time to post this.

Karen & Cheryl - Thank you for the comments! I am hoping this post will find many buyers, sellers, or agents themselves that may need help with a translation whether it be words on marketing material or a blog/website.

I like it. It is going to be a great resource for me and those who need to know some hard to comprehend words and definitions en espanol. I have a version given to me by the title company I use, but, it isn't from a spanish speaking person perspective. Time to go use it, Thanks.
