Service applies itself to personal satisfaction.  I know everyone of us have had easy deals and others the roof falls in on you.  It is very important to supply each client with the best service as you know.  Part of your service should include:  A simple smile or greeting,  making sure you have the ability to listen,  knowing what you are talking about,  being able to follow sugestions,  make it easy and convenient for the client schedule,  ask the right questions,  find what they are really looking for,  answer any question they may ask and not to be afraid not knowing the answer. 

I use all of these items with each and everyone of my clients.  The service I can provide is the question I need to answer each time.  If I follow this simple format.  It gets the job done and I am proud to of provided SERVICE.

You are absolutely correct. SERVICE and the ability to provide service to your clients is paramount to being a successful Real Estate Professional.
