Bristol Palin, the daughter of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and "Dancing with the Stars" finalist, purchased a home in Maricopa, AZ for a whopping deal of $172,000 cash in January 2011. The home had originally sold for $329,560 in May 2006 (loss of 48% equity in 5 years).

The 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features an updated kitchen with tile backsplash, new maple cabinetry, and a newly landscaped backyard.
