5 Comments on Bristol Palin Goes to Hollywood/ Rents her Maricopa AZ Home for $1,400/Month.
$1,400.00...OK, here that would go for atleast $2500.00- $3,000.00 per month rent...what is wrong with this picture??? OK, I know...but go ahead and tell me again.
What a depressed market - it would be worth far more in our market too. . . what a shame!
Yes in many places in CA, the going price is $1 per square feet. I would say around here, $2200 per month. In LA or further north, probably about $3200+. Sad that the house sold for basically half the original sale price. Palin got a really good deal.
Kristin...I'm sure she did...then again, need I say more?
I would like to buy a newer house for 1/2 price. We are so depressed here in CA and we don't even get them that low. Maybe the market will increase in the area where her rental is and her mom about an hour away. So the presidental election should help their market and their tourist trade.
