"Over Hill, Over Dale, We Have Hit the Dusty Trail"

One of the things that intrigues me about the Tucson residential area is how they just build into the rocks.

And if there's a dirt trail and a hill or mountain involved, you can bet I'm probably traveling down it to see what is there.

When I was young walking the Ocean Beaches of Washington State, I always had to go around one more bend just to see what might be there.

Can't you just imagine sitting at your breakfast nook, having a cup of coffee, checking out your own "rock"?

Most of these area hills and dales were taken in SW Tucson, near Valencia.

These are all on the south tail-end of the Tucson Mountains that edge the city of Tucson on the West Side.

This lot is for sale - you can have your own "piece of the rock"!

Whether you like owning them, or just viewing them from your windows, Tucson has lots of vistas to choose from.

As your Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, and Vail REALTOR®, I'm ready and willing to high the dusty trail for you in your search for homes for sale.  Whether over hill or over dale, I'll climb mountains for my clients!

Cara, What interesting land formations. Such a remarkable difference from the lush vegetation and ocean views, that I see out my window.

Cara, I love your sense of adventure. Your pictures remind me of visiting my brother, Dan, who lives outside of (quite a ways outside of) Elko, Nevada. Some beauty hits one in the face; another type is a quieter beauty, but beautiful nonetheless. Happy trails to you!

Call a Marana neighbor, I'm THERE!

Donna - very true!  No ocean views here...

Hi Judy - you are welcome! One of the things I most enjoy about Active Rain is the photojournalism!

Laura - not right now though!  It's over 105 most days!!!

Lottie - my sense of adventure has gotten my Toyota Camry is toooooo many near-scrapes.  Even this trip I came across some holes deep enough and close enough to do some serious under-carriage damage - but I managed to center the wheels on the high spots and get 'her through!  Next car I had better be more careful.
