Speechless Sunday- Don't Fence Me In.

By
Real Estate Agent with Fillmore Real Estate

One of my favorite spots in Clinton Hill Brooklyn is a little patch of land that belongs to St Joseph's College.  The landscaping there is so beautiful, as you can see from the flower below which is one of many growing along a chain link fence.

What a pretty Lily, it does look like it is trying to escape. Love to see the rest of the garden.

Brenda, I'm glad you liked it.  In years past I didn't take more than passing notice of the fabulous flowers blooming around Brooklyn, and especially near St Joseph's.  Thanks to Speechless Sunday posts, I'm always stopping to snap a picture of the roses.

Elaine, it is amazing that a flower so beautiful could grow in what doesn't look like great soil conditions!  Thanks for sharing.

You're welcome Dee Dee.  I'm so enjoying being a very amateur photographer that I'm already thinking about upgrading my camera to an SLR.

Elaine your title is perfect, the flower would look better without the fence.  You should see what I have to do to protect my plants from deer, chipmunks, groundhogs, rabbits and I am just getting started :)

Elaine, i shoved my lens through a fence the other day to try to get a lily shot.  I like what you did here.

Jennifer - Wow, you get a lot of wildlife around your home.  It must be fun to see them scurry around your yard, even though their not friends of your flowers.

Michele - I am having a lot of fun.  I can't pass by a bush now without thinking about taking its picture.

Patricia - I'm glad you like it.  Its probably not something a professional would do, but I think its interesting.
