The Bloomingdale area is located in Brandon and Valrico. Bloomingdale East is in Valrico. It is within walking distance to A-1 rated schools.  It is also close to shopping, restaurants, parks and YMCA with Splash Park.  There is a 4.5 mile walking/biking path.  No CDD/Low HOA. Express bus service available to MacDill AFB.  It is is actually several different communities within a broad area called Bloomingdale. One of the smaller communities in Bloomingdale has  a private gated riverfront park for residents. Bloomingdale is generally thought of as the communities south of Bloomindale Road west of Lithia Pinecrest and east of Kings.
