Ever get one of these messages?  It's like being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic wondering who in the world is at the front of the line slowing things down.

I'd like a word with my Administrator.  Excuse me?  Aren't I self employed?  Who sets these limits and do they have any idea how much time I spend trying to clean up my used space on my computer every day just to keep their limits happy?

It couldn't be because a new client just sent me 8mb of his photos which I had to forward to another person to load up on MLS.  So now I'm out 16 MB.  For goodness sake, I only have a 100MB capacity and it took just three swift seconds to use 1/5 of my available space.  I do have to send AND receive email.  It's probably those 2300 emails of relevance I am saving in my Sent Box for when I have a spare moment to upload to my client files.  I'm concerned one day when they need the information most, if I don't save it to their real estate file, I won't have it available.  Heartburn... that queasy feeling, clear off just enough to get a few more emails for the next three days and do it all over again.  That's the ticket...

And speaking of congestion, exceeding size/and or speed limits... take a moment to slow down a bit, enjoy your ride and remember,  usually there's an idiot ahead of you slowing things down so you can take a moment to enjoy the breather, remember to smell the roses and take time to reflect on what is truly important.  Taking care of your family, taking care of your clients and always doing the right thing.  

That's the ticket...

Not a fun situation to wrestle with. I use our MLS provider as my email host and have had the same capacity problem. My solution was to set up a Yahoo account with lots of space. All listing  and related photos are sent to my Yahoo account, then to my photo edit software. Have a great weekend!
