Vegetable Pizza

Something lite to eat on a warm day.

Ingredients:

1 tube of crescent rolls

1 8oz cream cheese

Ranch dressing

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower

¼ cup shredded carrots

2 cups mozzarella cheese

 

Unroll can of crescent rolls on a baking sheet, do not break apart but form a crust and bake at 375 for 11 minutes.   Cool, keep on baking sheet.

Beat together wet ranch dressing about ¾ cup and cream cheese. 

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.  Shredded carrots

Spread dressing mix on crust

Top with veggies and  cover with mozzarella cheese.

DO NOT BAKE

Cut into squares and serve.

I also have done this recipe with Romaine lettuce cut up and Roma Tomatoes then mozzarella cheese and bacon bits.

Belinda, it is healthy and the way I started this one, you are the one who talk me into trying the lettuce tomotoes and baconbits with the cheese.

Well, since you didn’t like Stars On 45, I have no problem telling you that I don’t like vegetarian pizza! JJJJ Pizza needs meat – sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon. Things like that. Otherwise it’s just wannabe pizza.

I now have all the ingredients for peanut butter pie and should be getting to that once this latest batch of peach cobbler is eaten, which could be as early as the next hour.
