Let's talk about shoes..There are many different types of shoes that I have seen and I have seen some really crazy ones. I wondered why some people are actually attracted to some of these really crazy shoes. But just like they say "The clothes make a man" how about the shoes? They say that the shoes you wear tell a story about the type of person you are...your personality...your likes and dislikes and all of your other feelings...kind of like your horoscope.

I remember back in the 70's when those mood rings were really in style and every-time I saw one I thought it was some sort of VOO DOO.

I wonder what colors some of our members would be...."I can only imagine." Whenever I would see one that was black...I would stay clear of that person. But let's stick to the shoes.

If you had to pick a shoe that would represent what you are all about then what would it be? Here is you chance to not only talk about the shoes I will allow you to place your photos in your comment section. I'm sure most of the men will be on the boring side but I know I would like to see what the ladies have.

So lets see the shoes you love so much and even the ones you think are so ridiculous. I am sure because there are over 50,000 members from all different cultures we will see some interesting ones.....so bring them on!

What an original blog and interesting. Sorry no photos of my favorite shoes...they are too worn out to show.....ha

LOL! I love my sandels, but, it is getting way too cold to wear them now! They are black, like most of my shoes, especially now heading towards winter. Black shoes, black purse, goes with everything;)

HHHmmm, This is definitely a DIFFERENT blog subject. Good going Neal for coming up with something different & unusual. I'm curious to see what people respond with.

Here at the beach in South Orange County, California, I go barefoot or in flip-flops (slippers for my friends in Hawaii) year round.

(Birkenstocks) This shoe in the Arizona Desert is comfortable and tells people that you are laid back. This is my shoe of choice when not at the office.

A very deep blog.....making me think this Saturday morn.....

I think a penny loafer....a penny to show I have a use for everything, and to show I do not waste anything. That money my Client's money is as important to me as it is to them.

The loafer part not to be literal.....but to be laid back in my approach, in order to make my Client's feel at ease....yet a polished shoe to show them I am sharp and on the ball.

I have to admit that I am a shoe nut...own waaaaayyy too many (ie, more than 50) pairs. I could never pick a favorite since it depends on my mood. I am, however, partial to flip flops since we don't have much of a winter here and I can keep a pair in the car to slip into between appointments.

Well I'm not in the habit of uploading shots of my shoes. However I am a dance shoe dealer and so-ooo just happen to have plenty to show, but will just select one - awesome pair. These are certainly just for dance and not anywhere what I wear on a regular basis. Even posted article on dance shoes!

Didn't want you to get all excited...Clarke's sandals...different colors and styles.....always Clarke's. (except Christmas....then heels...with Clarke's in the car.)

So - I am at the office and can not take a photo for you... but I love high heals - go figure I work in an area with hardly any sidewalks or pavement and I like high heals - Sally - you are right Clarke's are great have your tried Zetta's? Anyway Neal here you go...

Neal, this was great fun. I wear flip flops. Nice ones. Then when it is winter I wear boots alot. You remember those, right? Around the house, I wear clogs with fleece. Occassionally I wear stacked heels when I have to be dressed nice. Do you want me to continue, I have about 50 pairs in my closet. LOL

Well this post was very interesting and I'm glad some of you got a laugh from it...but I believe somewhere this is true about your shoes being similar to your personality. Bring those shoes on!

Hey Neal, A funny post. The women in the group discuss this subject among themselves probably more than we would realize. Especially with the bazillion of styles that are needed just to put together one outfit. Men on the other hand might feel a bit of unease in the discussion. Walk around any mall and women are carrying tote bags from the best in women's shoes. Look for any guy carrying one. Rare if ever. We buy shoes of course but usually park at the shortest distance between where they are and the trunk of the car. Men never seem to need to know that to have many to choose from doesn't really consume a whole morning as they might imagine. On the other hand, men's shoes never seem to get separated. Women -how can they be looking all over the house for the mate?

You hate wearing any shoes..only for work or if we have to go out dressed. sports you always wear your sneakers but normally you love bare footin accept when you burned your feet from the AZ heat!

So where are all the photos of the shoes...I only see a few..i was hoping for a little fun today. But you won't see mine yet:)

You guys up north who like open toed or foot will have to deal with your toes turning red from the cold air. I'm happy in Florida!

Here is my favorite pair, an old favorite that is now nearly extinct....

Old fashioned, unique, stands apart from the crowd.

(I don't wear them for real estate though.)

This is what I prefer to wear.

Yes...I've seen those before...I prefer a high pointy spiked stiletto myself...but that's just my feminine side:) just kidding!

You have seen them before! Unbelievable....I get all kinds of compliments of those shoes! Here maybe you will like these better......

Well Neal, those black spiked stilettos are on my feet! If I HAVE to wear shoes, I usually wear high heeled something or others and they're usually black. I PREFER to be barefoot, but it's getting a bit nippy in Jersey for that. Fun post - thanks!

Boy...is it getting hot in here?:) AR might have to band some of these:)

All I remember is that when i went to high school if i I was not sure if a girl was cute or not i would check the shoes next . If the shoes were cool the girl was cool if the shoes were blah the girl was blah!!!!!
