Your Living Room is generally the very first impression that potential buyers will have of the interior of your home....make sure it is IMPRESSIVE! Why? You have 1 chance to capture that FIRST IMPRESSION and it's in that first 10 seconds someone enters your home.

As I consult with home sellers in the greater East Bay of San Francisco I always enter the home from a buyers perspctive to see what IMPRESSION will this home makes.
