BLiz...hard to compete with a community that has it's own mini-waterpark.

Larry/Sheila...many, many amenities for residents and it's very close to shopping too.

Gita...with 10 communities in this subdivision, there are several price points and styles to choose from.

Thanks Ginny...you are right, it is a little different for this area but that appeals to many buyers.
